Built where policy language meets shipping calendars

AuditLattice Academy started as a facilitation circle inside a Seoul operations co-op that kept rewriting the same control narratives for every release train. We formalized the practice into cohort-based programs so quality standards training feels like product work, not a detached seminar.

Today we host hybrid intensives, virtual bridges, and async drills that align engineering, data offices, and internal review partners on shared vocabulary. We refuse dashboard theater: if a metric cannot tie to an owner and a next action, we leave it out of the workbook.

Traceable stories

Evidence should read like a well-captioned notebook, not a mystery novel for reviewers.

Operational kindness

Facilitators model calm pacing, especially when teams disagree on risk appetite.

Honest scope

We say what is not included—legal advice, system configuration, or overnight culture shifts.

  1. 2019 — Pilot studios with two enterprise SaaS companies on evidence indexing.
  2. 2022 — Launched hybrid Seoul venue with synchronized virtual bridge testing.
  3. 2025 — Expanded catalog to nine programs spanning data governance and audit readiness dry runs.
