Refund & Cancellation

1. Timeframe
For publicly listed programs purchased directly from AuditLattice Academy, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment if cohort access has not yet started and no custom materials were delivered exclusively to you. After access begins, partial refunds may apply when you withdraw before the second live session, calculated as the remaining unused portion minus a reasonable administrative fee described in your order acknowledgment. Enterprise agreements may specify different windows; those contract terms prevail. Event tickets follow the date printed on the registration receipt, with earlier deadlines when venues require headcount guarantees.
2. Contact
Email hello@grid-nodeweb.one with your order reference, participant name, and reason for the request. For enterprise purchases, copying your procurement contact speeds verification. We confirm receipt within two business days and outline any documentation we need, such as verified account routing details for wire reversals. Phone support is available on the Contact page during listed hours if you need help locating an invoice number. Keep messages in the thread so we maintain a clear record for both parties.
3. Eligibility
Eligibility depends on the product type. Downloadable templates released under a limited license are generally non-refundable once downloaded unless a defect prevents use. Certification exams with third-party proctors follow the proctor’s own reschedule rules after booking. Scholarships or subsidized seats may carry stricter cancellation terms disclosed at acceptance. If you violate conduct rules and we terminate access for cause, refunds are not owed unless mandatory consumer law requires a proportional remedy.
4. Scope
This policy covers tuition-style fees published on program pages in KRW. Travel, lodging, or per-diem costs you arrange independently are outside our scope. Taxes withheld by your employer or invoicing partners remain your organization’s accounting matter. If we reschedule an event due to low enrollment, you may choose a new date, credit toward another offering, or a refund of the event portion. Currency conversions performed by your payment provider may produce small differences versus the listed KRW amount.
5. Process
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days and may take additional working days to appear on your statement. We use the original payment method where possible; if that method is unavailable, we request verified account information. Partial refunds are rounded to the nearest thousand KRW unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email summary with the calculation. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, pause the parallel dispute until we attempt good-faith resolution to avoid duplicate credits.
6. Exceptions
No refund is provided when completion certificates were already issued without dispute, or when confidential workshop outputs were delivered to your team. Force majeure events may justify postponement rather than cancellation; in those cases we offer credits first. If Korean consumer regulations grant you stronger rights—for example, around defective digital content—those rights remain available. Nothing here limits the Personal Information Protection Commission’s authority over data-related complaints that intersect with marketing claims.
