Privacy Notice
Last updated: 2026-03-02
1. Data collected
We collect identifiers such as name, work email, organization, department, and phone number when you register for programs, join event briefings, or submit contact forms. Technical data includes IP address, device type, browser language, and coarse location derived from network information. For virtual sessions we may process attendance timestamps and chat messages you choose to send. Payment references may appear on invoices handled offline; we do not store full card numbers on this marketing site. If you upload optional documents for workshop preparation, we store them only for the stated project duration and then delete or return them according to the engagement plan.
2. Rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related guidance, individuals in Korea may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing where grounds exist. EU visitors may also rely on GDPR-style rights where our processing falls within scope. We verify requests to prevent unauthorized disclosure and may ask for a work email match or organizational confirmation. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission or your local supervisory authority if you believe processing is unlawful. We respond within statutory timelines and explain any exemptions that apply, such as records we must retain for accounting disputes.
3. Use of data
We use personal data to deliver training, coordinate event logistics, send operational updates, and improve content clarity based on aggregated feedback. With explicit opt-in, we send briefings about upcoming agendas and governance topics. Analytics cookies, if enabled through your choice, help us understand which pages are read most often so we can reorder explanations. We do not sell personal data. Automated decision-making is not used to deny enrollment; human reviewers assess enterprise cohort fit. If we introduce new processing purposes, we will refresh this notice and, where required, seek additional consent before expanding marketing use.
4. Scope
This Privacy Notice applies to grid-nodeweb.one and related landing experiences operated by AuditLattice Academy. It does not govern third-party platforms that host video conferencing or document signing unless those vendors process data solely on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Internal tools used by your employer remain your organization’s responsibility. Children’s accounts are not targeted; if we learn we collected data from a minor without guardian consent, we delete it. International attendees should note that facilitators may join from secure locations; we apply safeguards described under transfers below when data leaves Korea.
5. Third parties
We share data with subprocessors that provide email delivery, webinar infrastructure, customer relationship records, and cloud storage configured with access controls. Each vendor is selected for security practices aligned to SOC 2 or ISO-style attestations where available. We prohibit vendors from using your data for their own marketing. Sponsors at public events receive aggregate attendance statistics, not personal attendee lists, unless you explicitly opt in during registration. If we undergo a merger or asset sale, your information may transfer to the successor under equivalent protections, and we will notify you of significant changes.
6. Retention and contact
We retain enrollment records for seven years where needed for certification audits and tax documentation, then minimize or delete fields that are no longer required. Marketing consents are refreshed periodically; stale contacts are removed after two years of inactivity unless you ask us to keep a lighter profile. Security logs may be kept in shorter rolling windows to investigate incidents. For questions about retention or to exercise rights, email hello@grid-nodeweb.one with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We document our response and may request minimal additional detail to locate your records across cohort identifiers.
