Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-01-19

1. Consent

When you first visit grid-nodeweb.one, we explain which cookies are essential and which require your opt-in. Essential cookies keep forms secure, remember cookie choices, and maintain session continuity during enrollment. Optional analytics cookies load only if you agree through the banner controls or equivalent settings. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing site cookies and revisiting the banner, or by contacting hello@grid-nodeweb.one for assistance. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred beforehand.

2. Preferences

Your cookie preferences are stored locally in the browser using the key prefix grid-nodeweb.one so we can honor allow or deny states on return visits. If you use multiple devices, set preferences on each one. Enterprise browsers managed by IT may override local storage; in that case rely on organizational policies. We do not synchronize cookie choices across unrelated websites. If you click “Preferences,” you are taken to this Cookie Policy section describing categories. Changes to categories will be announced with an updated revision date.

3. Contact

Questions about cookies or similar technologies can be sent to hello@grid-nodeweb.one. Include your browser version and a short description of the issue, such as banner not appearing or preference not sticking. We may ask for a screenshot to diagnose caching problems introduced by extensions. Response times aim to be within five business days for routine inquiries. For security-sensitive reports, use the same address with “Security” in the subject line so we can route the message appropriately.

4. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when a site sets them through your browser. They can be session-based, expiring when you close the browser, or persistent, expiring on a set date. Local storage entries perform a similar function for lightweight settings. Pixel tags may accompany emails you opt into, helping us understand whether briefing messages were opened. You can block cookies through browser settings, though some enrollment steps may require enabling first-party storage to complete security checks.

5. Third parties

Optional analytics providers may set cookies if you opt in. Those vendors process aggregated usage data under agreements that restrict re-identification. Embedded maps or video players may set their own cookies when you interact with them; review their policies for detail. We do not allow advertising networks to run behavioral remarketing on this site. If a third party changes its cookie names, we update the table below at least quarterly or sooner when we become aware of material changes.

6. Categories

Essential cookies include consent_state (duration: 12 months, purpose: store banner decision, provider: AuditLattice Academy) and session_route (session, purpose: secure navigation during forms, provider: AuditLattice Academy). Analytics cookies, only if allowed, include analytics_visit (6 months, purpose: aggregate page views, provider: configured subprocessors). You may disable categories through the banner. Disabling analytics does not remove access to program descriptions; disabling essential cookies may break form submission until you reset choices.
