General Terms

1. Acceptance
By accessing AuditLattice Academy materials, event pages, or enrollment flows on grid-nodeweb.one, you agree to these General Terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. We provide informational descriptions of training programs and event experiences; final access details are confirmed after enrollment review. You agree to use the site in a lawful manner consistent with applicable requirements in the Republic of Korea, including consumer-protection statutes where they apply to digital services. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and contact hello@grid-nodeweb.one for clarification before proceeding.
2. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, AuditLattice Academy limits liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including loss of data, interruption of study plans, or third-party claims connected to how you apply training content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other categories that cannot be limited under the Civil Act or related regulations. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the site in a twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim, or KRW 200,000 if no fees were paid for that period.
3. User obligations
You must provide accurate registration information, protect account credentials, and avoid disrupting sessions, virtual classrooms, or shared materials. You may not scrape the site, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malware. Training assets are licensed for the purchasing organization’s internal learning use unless a written agreement states otherwise. You agree not to misrepresent certifications, badges, or attendance records. If you share screenshots of internal policy templates provided during workshops, remove identifiers that could expose personal data about colleagues or customers. Violations may result in suspension of access without refund where permitted by the Refund & Cancellation policy.
4. Governing law
These General Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would apply another jurisdiction’s laws. Courts in Seoul, Korea, have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer rules grant you the right to bring claims in your place of residence. If a translated version conflicts with the English text, the English version controls for contractual interpretation unless local law requires otherwise. We will highlight material changes to these terms on the site and update the last revised date at the top of this page.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate access when the other materially breaches these terms and fails to cure within a reasonable period after written notice. We may suspend access immediately if we detect abuse, security risk, or instructions from competent authorities. Upon termination, your right to use downloadable materials ceases unless a separate license permits continued internal use. Sections that reasonably survive termination—including liability limits, intellectual property, and governing law—remain in effect. Organizations with enterprise agreements should follow the termination clauses in their order form if those terms differ.
6. Intellectual property and service description
All curriculum outlines, slide decks, facilitator notes, and branded assets remain the property of AuditLattice Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal training during an active enrollment window. The service description on each program page summarizes delivery format, approximate duration, and certification components where applicable; it is not an exhaustive list of every exercise. Features may evolve to reflect updated frameworks or tooling. If you need redistribution rights beyond internal use, request a written license.
